ISO/TS 16949

This 8-hour seminar will discuss some of the major issues related to the new standard. Topics:

  • Readiness
  • Scrutinization of customer-specific requirements
  • Identification of COPs, SOPs and MOPs
  • Measurement of all processes for efficiency
  • Employee motivation and improvement
  • More stringent requirements for internal audits
  • Emphasis on auditing all APQP and PPAP documentation
  • Audit time for your registrar

Key issue to consider: ISO/TS 16949:2009 clearly states that companies registered to ISO/TS 16949:2009 must only buy from suppliers that are, at a minimum, ISO 9001:2000 registered.

ISO/TS 16949 requires a measurement of customer satisfaction. Our Customer Satisfaction Surveys help you to meet the measure of customer satisfaction requirement!
